Light weight design is an important feature when experienced welders are searching for welding helmets. Less weight means less stress will be put on the shoulder and neck. Larger viewing area is also another feature that is in higher demand, however, it is challenging to make larger viewing window with light weight because major weight part is the auto darkening lens LCD. The Antra™ super thin technologies have made this perfectly combined, with a superb auto lens(98 x 62mm /3.86" x 2.5") weighting only 425gr/15oz. The super slim lens design reduces a total weight of the helmet about 10%. 

Antra™ Super Slim Series Series welding helmet is featured with the smart chip controlled 3-sensor auto darkening lens. It is extremely fast responsive to electric arc from TIG, MIG, MMA or Plasma applications. This super lightweight welding helmet is so versatile that it can be used on grinding, plasma cutting and welding applications. It is a perfect upgrade for goggles and/or fixed shade glass welding helmet at a fraction of cost.
